The construction of the first of the commercial buildings at Orlando Street Stratford are only days away.
A company named Hawe Orlando Ltd has been formed to market and manage this Industrial Park.
Chris Manukonga Chairman of directors and Peter Hancock CEO are currently setting up the company and expect it to be fully operational by the end of February.
The marketing of the buildings for lease or rent is now underway and returns from this first venture are expected in April 2006.

The Ararata School property 10 K East of Hawera the site for our new Marae has at last been transferred to Ngati Hawe and now we shall plan for the new Marae development and cultural use of this great property. Your trustees in conjunction with the Marae committee led by Jim Te Wiki will be putting plans together over the next few months and by annual General Meeting time will be able to release details of the plan.
At the same time we will are planning a Hui a Hapu so that all beneficiaries later on in the year will be welcome to first hand the developments we have achieved on their behalf.
Recently three additional Trustees have been appointed to the trust to help with all these developments they are:

Mr Tony Ngeru of Hawera
